A 3 bedroom, 3 bath 2 story home was remodeled in 2024. Guests can bring a golf cart or Polaris for an additional fun factor. As you drive over the Frio River and through the neighborhood, you'll be immediately transported to a softer, gentler time where floating the Frio River is a way of life. There are super comfy sofas, new custom dining table & chairs and an easy flow functional kitchen. There's a main floor bathroom that's very upscale. Although the style is river rustic, the result is sophisticated and relaxing.
Every bedroom is completed outfitted with crisp new bed linens for your stay and each bathroom is stocked with soft bath towels. In the kitchen you'll find a coffee station with keurig, drip coffee maker, Texas size mugs and everything needed to cook meals. After you grab a hot cup of coffee chill on the screen front porch that overlooks dramatic views while you enjoy high speed WiFi.
Downstairs the main attraction is the super sized master bedroom with King sized bed, 20' vaulted ceiling and luxurious ensuite master bathroom stocked with little luxuries like soaps, shampoo and hair dryer. There's a separate exterior door that leads directly to the screened-in front porch. Wall of windows look out over the views and there's plenty of light that filters into the room for an aha moment.
Upstairs you’ll find a glamorous sleeping loft with 2 Queen beds that overlook the first floor, with 15' vaulted ceiling and open beams. The private 3rd bedroom has (2) Queen size beds, luxury bedding, vaulted and wood flooring. There's a luxury upstairs bathroom with wood floors, large tile shower, double sinks and vaulted ceiling.

July, 2022 - "Property fit our main need which was location. The spiral staircase is a bit tricky to navigate but everything else was fantastic. Lots of outdoor space, secluded made for a great weekend! Enjoyed the screened in porch during the unexpected storm which made the covered parking even more appreciated. Would definitely rent again!"
June, 2022 - "So peaceful and serine - perfect setting to get away from city life! LOVED the deck and all the seating, watching the deer come in to feed and the complete peace. P.S. We filled the hummingbird feeder, now there are sooooo many hummingbirds there now - so much fun to watch. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"
