The Layout

Open concept great room, kitchen and dining area with 20' vaulted ceilings, upscale decor & 2 sets of french doors that overlook the pool, entertainment area and poolside Cabana. The entire house has cool stained concrete floors.
Living Room
The western great room has 3 large, plush leather sofas. Smart TV can be seen in the kitchen and dining area as well. Floor-to-ceiling white rock, wood burning fireplace with custom leather cushion seating across the entire fireplace for added bench seating.

Chefs will love the easy flow kitchen that's fully equipped & well stocked with everything you need to prepare family sized meals. Custom tall cabinetry, tile counters and white rock kitchen island with barstools that seats 6. Both regular drip & keurig coffee makers, with complimentary coffee pods & coffee filters.

Lots of dining spaces. There's a large sturdy, custom dining room table inside that seats 8, while outside there's 2 additional poolside dining tables, perfect for al fresco dining!

All bedrooms are extra large & spacious with upscale furniture. Two bedrooms overlook the pool with the master bedroom has it's own exterior door to the pool & private covered seating.
