A super fun destination for floating the Frio River awaits you! Hilltop Cottage is a cute two story, gated Cabin with private, gorgeous Frio River front. THE place for all things Frio, relax on your very own riverside property while watching the kids play in the river or float with the family all day long. An easy 2 minute walk from the cabin to the Frio River makes this an exceptional choice for those seeking private river front.
As you drive through the gate past rock pillars and wind your way along the circular driveway under the majestic oak trees, you'll first catch a glimpse of this rustic getaway.
You can see Old Baldy through the trees and it’s quite a sight to behold! There are 2 large picnic tables for outdoor dining and a charcoal barbecue for classic grilling. Plenty of shade trees and don’t forget to have the kids look for ancient arrow heads!
Inside you’ll find a super cool retro kitchen with everything you need to cook family meals and an eat-in table and chairs. The large living room has vaulted ceilings, white rock fireplace, Saltillo tile floors and over looks the Frio River and mountain range in the distance.
Downstairs are 2 bedrooms and upstairs is a ensuite master bedroom that overlooks the Frio River and mountains, the perfect place for relaxing with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise.
Outdoor fun includes a fire pit, horse shoes, tetherball and of course the Frio River. This is a great price for an acreage home that sits directly on the Frio River. Living the Frio life starts with staying a Hilltop Cottage!
