Serenity is a guest house that adjoins a high end luxury home nestled on the Concan Golf course. This jewel of a Casita sits side-by-side with a second cozy cabin called Quietude. While both are completely independent, they can be rented separate or together. Once you step inside the front gate, prepare to be transported to paradise.
Elegant and sophisticated on the outside, cozy and enchanting on the inside, this charming casita will melt your heart. Amid the solitude, start and end your day relaxing by the pool. This charming cabin is simply and thoughtfully furnished, inviting you to slow down and stay a while.
The backyard is a sublime tropical landscape of flowers, palm trees and poolside lounge chairs offer guests the ultimate in peaceful seclusion. The crown jewel is a peaceful free flowing jacuzzi that cascades down into a crystal clear lagoon swimming pool. Listen to the water falling softly while watching deer, birds and wildlife in this lush tropical oasis. Quietude and Serenity share the outdoor amenities.
Unwind under the expansive, covered poolside patio with upscale outdoor furniture, gas grill. After a lazy swim enjoy mixing a cocktail at the poolside patio bar, complete with bar stools and sink. Mornings are glorious with coffee on the rock terrace. Nighttime lighting and ambience is exceptional. Great walking, biking and golf cart neighborhood.
Serenity inside is a charming one bedroom, one bathroom that has a small kitchenette with refrigerator, cooktop, toaster, and microwave. The spacious ensuite bath has a large walk-in tile shower. Fresh linens and towels are included. Just minutes to the Golf Course and the House Pasture Restaurant, an outdoor live music dance hall.
Guests receive a complimentary 1 hour soak in the jacuzzi each day. Just notify us before your arrival when you’d like us to heat your time in the jacuzzi. Quietude is a sublime garden retreat well located to enjoy the Frio River and reconnect with nature. The added bonus is both sheets and towels are included in the nightly fee.
