Valley View is a sanctuary for those who appreciate meticulous attention to detail and the luxury of quality. From the moment you enter you have no doubt that you are in the Texas Hill Country. This cozy rustic Lodge is big on fun decor and river style that will not disappoint. All rooms are spacious, with vaulted ceilings, fans and stained concrete floors.
The walls and ceilings have beautiful tongue and groove wood and at the center is a handsome River Rock Fireplace perfect for gathering family & friends to make summertime memories.
There's a well appointed, fully stocked kitchen with large island that seats (2) and a long breakfast bar that seats (4). Both have thick granite countertops.
There's plenty of additional seating at the dining table, antique theatre seats and an authentic Mexican leather table & chairs that’s great for game night.
The large, upscale bedrooms are on opposite ends of home, with each having a Queen bed and Double/Double bunk bed. The private ensuite bathrooms have granite countertops and tiled, walk-in glass showers.
In True Texas fashion, Grill Masters will enjoy the sublime views while BBQing brisket on either the Smoker or BBQ pit to feed your entire gang after a day of floating the Frio River.
Lounge on the grand, wide porch while taking in breathless sunsets, amazing star gazing or relax making s’mores on the fire pit.
The views are absolutely amazing! Valley View sits on the side of a bluff over looking a canyon with gorgeous mountain and valley views. Whether you're enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails, don’t be surprised if you see Wild Turkeys, White Tailed Deer and lots of other wildlife. Built for nature lovers, the entire family will love the bird station for some amazing bird watching! Don't forget the area is famous for some of the best dove hunting in South Texas!

December 2021 - "This house is great for two families, the house is clean and stocked properly, the view is great, we saw deers around the house in the morning and evening hours. The location is good, kind private, you can walk to the top of the hill (5-6 minutes) to overlook Frio river and valley, it closes to all the river attractions and Garner state park. Easy communication, manager is very helpful."

Wi-Fi wasn’t great (probably location though) but almost of us had at&t so we were alright. other than that it was awesome :)))"
